 The 5th October is important day for Chris Rea's fans. The new album "Still So Far To Go" (2CD) is expected this day (and the actually planned 2010 tour has the same name). I am afraid I am a bit disenchanted with this album as it is next compilation with two new stuffs (Come So Far, Yet Still So Far To Go, Valentino). The rest of album is filled with the well known songs like Fool (If You Think It's Over), On The Beach, The Road To Hell, Auberge, Let's Dance etc... etc... Nothing extra for desirous fans.
So, I will look forward to beginning of the next year, because the tour will not pass Prague (1st February is the Day...).
And then we can start to wait for the new album, which should be recorded during the next day. |
